 jaaa schuheeee! ich bin auch gerade wieder in einer phase gelandet (wieder einmal seufz) wo einfach wieder neue schätze her müssen. war jetzt letzte woche beim humanic und deichmann - habe mir offene schuhe gekauft und auch sneakers. ich weiß nicht wann ich das letzte mal welche mit absatz getragen habe. bilde ich mir das ein, oder waren high heels und generell schuhe mit einem höheren absatz vor ein paar jahren noch viel mehr 'in' als jetzt? Jetzt kann man schon erstens mal zu allem sneakers tragen, was meine mutter zum beispiel bis heute ncoh schmerzt, wenn sie girls in kleidern und nike's sieht. ;) ich lasse mich auch oft gerne online inspirieren, kaufen und probieren tu ich die schuhe aber immer im geschäft, finde das sonst zu mühsam! LG

Ich denke, dass dir jede Frau da recht geben kann... Schuhe kann man nie genug haben ;) Zu jedem Outfit braucht man eben die passenden Schuhe, so ist es bei den Frauen einfach! Obwohl ich sehr viele Schuhe habe, kaufe ich mir dennoch ab und zu mal neue... Besonders wenn diese dann zu einem Schnäppchenpreis zu haben sind!

 

Da die Damenschuhe dann immer so unbequem sind, habe ich für viele Schuhe auch Damen Schuheinlagen für das gute Fußgefühl. Und, ich denke, dass es einfach ein "muss" ist, wenn man denn seinen Füßen Gutes tun möchte. Moin zusammen! Ich habe in letzter Zeit echt das Problem, dass ich morgens schwer aus dem Bett komme und irgendwie schon gestresst in den Tag starte, bevor der Kaffee überhaupt durchgelaufen ist. Früher war mir das total egal, aber mittlerweile merke ich einfach, dass meine Laune in der Früh oft den ganzen Tag bestimmt. Habt ihr vielleicht ein paar Tipps, wie man entspannter aufwachen kann oder ob bestimmte Morgenrituale wirklich helfen? Ich habe schon überlegt, ob es Sinn macht, sich morgens direkt ein paar motivierende Gedanken oder Impulse zu holen, um den Kopf frei zu kriegen. Wie macht ihr das eigentlich, habt ihr da ein paar Tricks auf Lager?

Servus! Das Problem kenne ich nur zu gut, das ging mir lange Zeit ganz genauso. Man wacht auf, schaut direkt aufs Handy, sieht tausend Nachrichten und zack – ist der Puls auf 180, noch bevor man überhaupt richtig angezogen ist. Was mir persönlich extrem geholfen hat, war der Tipp einer guten Freundin: Einfach mal die ersten zehn Minuten nach dem Aufwachen handyfrei bleiben und stattdessen den Tag ganz in Ruhe angehen. Ich blättere morgens zum Beispiel ganz gerne mal auf Horoskop morgen und schaue kurz rein, was die Sterne für den Tag parat halten. Das ist für mich inzwischen ein richtig schönes kleines Ritual geworden, das mir hilft, den Tag mit einem Schmunzeln und etwas mehr Neugier zu starten, anstatt gleich an die Arbeit zu denken. Probier einfach mal aus, was dir guttut, manchmal sind es wirklich die kleinen Dinge, die den Kopf frei machen!

 Dat probleem met vastlopende programma's herken ik heel goed, ik had dat ook steeds. Uiteindelijk kwam ik erachter dat mijn antivirussoftware te veel resources gebruikte, na het uitzetten werkte het weer. Na zo'n middag vol foutmeldingen en herstarts was ik helemaal op en had ik geen energie meer.
