Organische Ursachen der Impotenz

Jeder gesunde Mann hat im Schlaf immer mal wieder Erektionen. Dies kann man für einen ersten Test nutzen, ob die Impotenz organische Ursachen hat. Viele beruhen allerdings auf vollkommen unbegründeten Vorurteilen und Ängsten.


Vorurteile und Ängste

1. Mit kleinem Penis kann man eine Frau nicht befriedigen.
Das stimmt nicht. Der weibliche Orgasmus ist in großem Maß von der Klitorisstimulation abhängig. Deswegen sind die Bewegungen des Mannes wichtig, und nicht die Länge seines Penis’. Die Durchschnittsgröße eines ergierten Glieds liegt bei etwa 14 Zentimetern. Mit anderen Worten: Es gibt genau so viele Männer, die weniger haben, also welche, die mehr haben. Viele, vor allem junge Männer, denken, dass das Wichtigste die Größe des Penis’ ist. Doch gerade die Angst, einen zu kleinen zu haben, kann so manche Störung erst auslösen. Sollte Ihr Partner unter dieser Angst leiden, zeigen Sie ihm, dass er Sie befriedigen kann, egal wie groß sein bestes Stück ist.

2. Wer masturbiert, ist später nicht fähig, normalen Sex mit einer Frau zu haben.
Das stimmt nicht. Diese Annahme beruht darauf, dass man damit früher jungen Männern Angst machen wollte, weil die Selbstbefriedigung als Sünde galt. Das Gegenteil ist der Fall. Auch Männer müssen ihre eigene Sexualität kennen lernen, und dies passiert meistens über die Selbstbefriedigung. Sollte Ihr Partner eine Andeutung in diese Richtung machen, animieren Sie ihn, zu onanieren, und zwar in Ihrem Beisein, dann merkt er, dass Selbstbefriedigung absolut nichts Falsches ist, im Gegenteil, auch das kann Teil einer gemeinsamen sexuellen Erfahrung sein.

3. Der echte Man kann mehrmals in mehreren Stunden Sex haben.
Das stimmt nicht. Auch der männliche Körper braucht Regeneration. Davon abgesehen kommt es nicht darauf an, wie lange ein Mann es durchhält, denn eine Frau erwartet vom Mann Vergnügen und nicht einen Marathonlauf. Wenn Sie wieder Lust haben, er aber noch nicht wieder kann, zeigen Sie ihm, dass es auch andere Möglichkeiten des sexuellen Vergnügens gibt, die auch ohne Erektion des Mannes möglich sind.

4. Ein schiefer Penis kann Probleme bereiten.
Das stimmt nicht. Alle Penisse sind unterschiedlich. Manche stehen, wenn sie erigiert sind, höher, manche weniger, manche haben eine Neigung nach rechts oder links, andere sind kerzengerade, und wieder andere sind in sich gekrümmt. So lange dies dem Mann keine Schmerzen verursacht, gibt es kein Problem. Im Gegenteil, viele Frauen berichten davon, dass Penisse mit einer Krümmung ganz neue und tolle Gefühle erzeugen können.

Allerdings sind die psychischen Ursachen leider nicht immer so deutlich erkennbar, dass man direkt darauf eingehen kann. Wie können Sie ihm trotzdem helfen?

Im Fall einer vorübergehenden Impotenz, auch sekundäre Impotenz genannt, ist es wichtig, dass Sie ihm Verständnis und Zärtlichkeit entgegen bringen. Sie dürfen nicht denken, dass so etwas passiert, weil Sie nicht anziehend genug wären. Vielleicht ist tatsächlich sogar das Gegenteil der Fall. Wenn er nicht darüber reden will, sollten Sie auch nicht darauf bestehen. Während des Sexualaktes sollten Sie auch nicht auf eine Penetration bestehen, das würde den Druck nur noch erhöhen. Zeigen Sie ihm, welche anderen Möglichkeiten es gibt, Sie zu befriedigen. Oder werden Sie selber aktiver, auch das kann den psychischen Druck nehmen.

Für Männer gilt die Devise: Sie können immer und überall. Doch das stimmt ganz einfach nicht. Sehr oft reicht es schon aus, dass der Mann merkt, dass es auch geht, wenn er gerade keinen hoch bekommt, dass er nicht können MUSS, damit er wieder kann.
